First Choose a Course:

 [ Academic Japanese

For students who want to receive foreign language credit to fit either home school, private school or public school requirements, but do not have instructors available through those programs that can share the Japanese language with them.  Like any course in these types of school systems, a student's grade is related to their in class performance demonstrating competency in the material studied as well as on-time completion of assigned independent study work.  

 [ Business Japanese

For helping business professionals who interact regularly with the Japanese foster productive cross-cultural relationships. Language concepts include business introductions, developing presentations, strategizing meetings and key cultural information to foster positive cross-cultural relationships. Vocabulary development is geared to the industry and work of the professional enrolled.

[ Conversational Japanese

Don't have a reason to learn to read or write Japanese, then enroll in an engaging Conversation only class. Communication is focused on helping students communicate verbally in Japanese in a variety of adult social settings.  Students also learn important cultural tips to fostering positive cross-cultural relations. .

 [ Family Japanese

To support spouses, children and family members of native Japanese persons.  Communication is focused on helping students master daily conversational Japanese and develop vocabulary for daily living in a bicultural home.

 [ Manufacturing  Japanese

For professionals working in one of Indiana's 206 Japanese invested companies with Japanese management.   Vocabulary development is focused on the terminology of manufacturing environments. And discussions focus on how to successfully work for Japanese in productive ways that supports business success, but also career advancement.

 [ Social Japanese

Conversational Japanese for daily living and interacting with Japanese in social settings. This class we'll help you launch your understanding of vocabulary, grammar and cultural protocols that will help you aspire to being a competent conversationalist in Japanese.

 [ Survival Japanese

Headed to Japan for Business Travel to Japan or planning to move to reside in Japan for a variety of reasons from ministry outreach to work transplants.  Workshops are for 16-32 & 48 hours of instruction. They can be spaced over several weeks or crammed into a crash course for unexpected trips. 

 [ Restaurant Japanese

This curriculum is to support professional wait persons working in Japanese restaurants tasty enough to serve native Japanese clientele.  Owners and servers can learn conversational Japanese and food etiquette to professional serve Japanese persons in a manner that makes them feel comfortable and want to consume in  your restaurant.

 [ Travel Japanese

Headed to Japan for personal adventure?  Take a few courses that can help you better access the incredible hospitality industry of Japan. Learn language for getting around and tips on how to make the most of your trip.
